A unique private tutoring practice, The Chernik Group offers students superior subject instruction while empowering them to become independent learners. We also offer individualized standardized test preparation and college application consulting.
We accept only a limited number of students per year. We work in person with students in the Triangle area of North Carolina as well as long-distance with select students from New York City and across the country.
Our tutoring is rigorous, yet highly supportive. We believe that putting students in touch with a deep sense of their own potential, as well as with specific tools with which to actualize that potential, is the greatest service we can offer.
